We started in the industrial East Bottoms of Kansas City in February 2012. Kansas City patrons helped build our business and develop our story from a one room butcher shop with interactive classes on Sundays, to adding on a stationary food truck, to outgrowing our space and moving 2 miles down the road to the historic City Market in January 2019! Thank you Kansas City and all visitors from around the country! We can not wait until the next time we see you in our shop.
